How the plan works
A worked example — the BIG 3 tier
The Essential tier (BIG 3) is a great starter plan. Here is exactly what you pay and when — before you even sign.
Step 1
You choose your tier and clinic
Pick BIG 3, Full Upper Face or Total Face. Pick Ottawa, Kanata or Carleton Place. Reception locks in all 4 appointments spaced ~12-13 weeks apart before you sign anything.
Step 2
First appointment (Day 0) — you pay $166.33 + HST
That's exactly 1 monthly installment — about 25% of a single BIG 3 treatment ($499). Karine performs your Botox that same visit. Your card is stored on file for the remaining 11 monthly payments.
Step 3
Months 2 through 12 — 11 automatic charges of $166.33
Square runs the monthly charge automatically. You get an SMS receipt each time. Bi-weekly? Same math, split across 26 payments of $76.77.
Step 4
Appointments at months ~3, ~6, ~9, ~12
Three more Botox visits, all pre-booked, all reserved. Karine reviews at each visit and adjusts dose or product if needed — it's medicine, not a subscription box.
