  • Appointment and booking history
  • Photos uploaded for AI Skin Analysis (processed temporarily, not stored permanently)
  • Communication preferences and inquiry history
  • Referral program participation data

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data by:

Email Request

Send an email to inquiries@karinelauzon.com with the subject line 'Data Deletion Request' and include your full name and email address used with our services.

Facebook Messenger

Send us a message via Facebook Messenger and we'll respond during business hours to help with your data deletion request.

What Happens After Your Request

We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate

We will process your request within 30 days

You will receive confirmation once your data has been deleted

Some data may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance purposes

Data Retention Exceptions

Please note that we may be required to retain certain information for legal, regulatory, or legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Medical records as required by healthcare regulations
  • Financial transaction records for tax and accounting purposes
  • Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements

Facebook Data Deletion

If you logged in using Facebook or connected your Facebook account to our services, you can also manage your data through Facebook's settings. To delete data associated with your Facebook login:

  1. 1Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy > Settings
  2. 2Click on Apps and Websites
  3. 3Find and select our app
  4. 4Click Remove to disconnect and delete associated data
