Before Your Appointment

Prior Care Guidelines

To help reduce bruising, swelling, and ensure the best possible results, please review the recommendations below before your appointment.

Botox / Neuromodulator

  • 24–48 Hours Before: Avoid alcohol, excessive sun exposure, tanning, and strenuous exercise immediately before your appointment.
  • 5–7 Days Before (if medically permitted): Avoid aspirin, Advil/ibuprofen, naproxen, fish oil, omega-3, Vitamin E, Ginkgo Biloba, garlic supplements, and St. John's Wort.
  • Never discontinue prescription medications without approval from your physician.
  • Please reschedule if: You are pregnant or breastfeeding, have an active infection, rash, cold sore, illness, or are currently taking antibiotics for an active infection.

General Appointment Information

  • Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.
  • Completed forms may be required before treatment.
  • Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided following your appointment.

Post-Treatment Guide

Aftercare Instructions

Follow these guidelines for optimal results and a smooth recovery

Neuromodulator Aftercare

Botox / Nuceiva / Dysport

  • •Stay upright (no lying down)
  • •Do not rub or massage the treated area
  • •Avoid tight hats and headbands
  • •Gently move facial muscles (eyebrows, forehead)

Dermal Filler Aftercare

Lips / Cheeks / Jawline

  • •Do not touch or massage the treated area
  • •Avoid makeup if possible
  • •Apply cold compress to reduce swelling

Micro Needling Aftercare

Medical Micro Needling / PRP + Micro Needling

  • •Do not touch your face
  • •No makeup or skincare products
  • •Redness and warmth are normal — like a sunburn

PRP & Sculptra Aftercare

Platelet Rich Plasma / Sculptra Bio Stimulator

  • •No strenuous exercise for 24-48h
  • •No alcohol for 24h
  • •No anti-inflammatories (ibuprofen, aspirin) for 1 week
  • •Avoid excessive heat (sauna, hot tub)
  • •Ice as needed for discomfort
