Your data is protected
Here's exactly how we safeguard the information you share with us — in plain language, no jargon.

Our promise
- We never sell your data. To anyone. Ever.
- We don't share your before/after photos without your written consent.
- Your medical chart is only accessible to your treating clinician.
- You can request a complete deletion of your data at any time.
100% HTTPS encryption
Every page, form, and payment flows through a TLS 1.3 encrypted connection. Our certificate is issued by Google Trust Services and auto-renews. You'll always see the 🔒 padlock in your browser bar.
Cloudflare Enterprise firewall
Our site is protected 24/7 by Cloudflare's enterprise-grade web application firewall, which automatically blocks DDoS attacks, SQL injection, hacking attempts, and malicious traffic — before it ever reaches our servers.
PIPEDA-compliant (Canada)
We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You have the right to view, correct, or delete your personal data — just email us.
Photos & AI analysis
Photos you upload to our AI skin-analysis tool are processed in memory and deleted immediately after analysis — they're never stored. Clinical before/after photos are only ever published with your explicit written consent.
Payments secured by Square
All payments are processed by Square, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified (the highest standard in the industry). We never see or store your full card number — only the last 4 digits on your receipts.
Role-based staff access
Only your treating clinician can see your chart. Our granular role-based access controls ensure Tanya doesn't see Karine's clients and vice-versa — every access is logged for audit.
Why your antivirus sometimes blocks our site
If your antivirus (Norton, McAfee, etc.) or your workplace firewall ever stops you from reaching our site, it's not because anything is wrong — it's because we're a newly-launched trusted domain and reputation databases haven't catalogued us yet. Try cellular data on your phone, or open a private/incognito browser window.
