Can Sculptra and filler be used together?
Absolutely — and often should be. I use Sculptra for structural mid-face rebuild and HA filler for definition (lips, jawline). They complement each other.
Is Sculptra permanent?
No. The PLLA microspheres are gradually broken down over 18–24 months. Your body absorbs them and the collagen that formed around them stays for months afterwards.
Which is safer, Sculptra or HA filler?
Both are Health Canada approved. HA is reversible with hyaluronidase; Sculptra is not — which is why choosing an experienced injector matters more with Sculptra.
