A non-surgical jawline & neck lift.
Named for the queen with the most striking profile in history.
Precision Botox along the platysma bands and jaw-depressor muscles releases the downward pull on your lower face — the natural lifting muscles win the tug-of-war and your jawline redraws itself sharper, straighter, and unmistakably lifted. No surgery, no filler, no downtime. Just a redefined profile.

Your face is a constant negotiation between muscles that lift and muscles that pull down. As we age, the platysma (a broad muscle sheet from the collarbones up over the jaw) and the depressor anguli oris (which pulls the corner of the mouth down) get stronger. The lifting muscles stay the same. Result: the jawline softens, bands appear on the neck, and the mouth corners droop.
A Nefertiti Lift uses precision Botox micro-injections to relax the pulling muscles — the platysma bands and the jaw-line depressors — without touching the lifting muscles. Within 7-14 days the tug-of-war shifts and your natural lifting muscles win. The jawline sharpens. The bands soften. The lower face lifts.
This isn't a filler treatment. There's no added volume. It's your own face, without the downward drag. Named after Queen Nefertiti's iconic sharp jawline in the 3,300-year-old limestone bust in Berlin, this technique was originally pioneered by British aesthetic doctors in the early 2000s and has been Karine's signature lower-face treatment ever since.
A Nefertiti Lift is a specialized Botox technique that relaxes the platysma neck bands and the depressor muscles along the jawline. When these downward-pulling muscles let go, the natural lifting muscles win the tug-of-war and the jawline appears sharper, straighter, and lifted — without surgery, filler, or downtime.
Regular Botox targets forehead lines and crow's feet. A Nefertiti Lift adds precise placement along the platysma bands (visible neck cords) and the depressor anguli oris around the jawline, redefining the entire lower face contour.
Karine charges $12/unit. A typical Nefertiti Lift uses 20-40 units depending on muscle strength, so most clients invest $240-$480 per treatment. Regulars often maintain results with fewer units after the first year.
Results settle in over 7-14 days and typically last 3-4 months. With consistent treatments, the platysma bands can weaken permanently over time so you may need less product on future visits.
Ideal candidates have visible neck bands when speaking or clenching, mild jowl formation, or a jawline that has softened with age. Not ideal if you have significant skin laxity — Karine may recommend combining with Sculptra or RF microneedling instead.
