Merz Aesthetics · Radiesse® for Neck & Décolleté

Radiesse® · Neck OR Décolleté

The neck and décolleté are the second face — and the first place ageing shows. Sun, gravity, and thinner skin combine to create horizontal lines, crepey texture, and lost firmness. Hyperdilute Radiesse® rebuilds elastin and collagen where topicals can't reach — a true skin-quality booster, not a filler.

Note: Karine treats one area per session (neck OR décolleté). Both areas can be planned in sequential visits at your consult.

How the neck & décolleté age

Signs Radiesse® neck/déc can help

Crepey, thin skin

The skin below the jaw is 20 – 30 % thinner than facial skin. It shows lost elasticity earlier — often before the face does.

Horizontal necklace lines

Repeated skin folding + collagen loss creates permanent 'necklace' creases that no cream can flatten from the outside.

Sun damage on the décolleté

The V-neck triangle is chronically sun-exposed. Radiesse's neo-elastogenesis effect visibly improves texture and tone.

The science

Why hyperdilute Radiesse® works on thin skin

Standard Radiesse volumises. Hyperdilute Radiesse® — the same CaHA product diluted 1:2 or 1:4 with saline + lidocaine — spreads the calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres evenly through the reticular dermis. Over 90 days, those microspheres stimulate your body to produce new Type I and Type III collagen and, critically, new elastin. Elastin is what lets skin snap back; rebuilding it is what makes crepey neck skin visibly firmer.

  • Neo-elastogenesis · one of the few injectables that rebuilds elastin, not just collagen
  • Full effect visible at 3 months · continues improving through 6 months
  • Complements HydraFacial and Éminence peels for a full décolleté protocol
  • Health Canada + FDA-approved product
  • Karine performs the injection personally at all 3 clinics

Karine's Protocol

Hyperdilute technique · one area per session

Karine chooses hyperdilute at 1:2 or 1:4 depending on your skin thickness and grade. The injection is fanned in a superficial-subdermal plane using a blunt cannula wherever anatomy allows — the safest, lowest-bruise approach for the neck and décolleté. Chair time is 30 minutes.

Radiesse® neck & décolleté · quick answers

Is this a volumising filler?▾

No. Hyperdilute Radiesse® is a skin-quality treatment — it rebuilds collagen and elastin, it doesn't add volume. If you're looking for volume in the neck (which is rare and requires careful assessment), Karine will discuss it at your consult.

When will I see results?▾

You'll see mild immediate hydration from the gel component, then visible improvement in texture and firmness at 4 – 6 weeks. Full effect is at 3 months and continues to refine through 6 months.

Neck or décolleté — how do I choose?▾

Karine will guide you at consult. Most clients treat the area that bothers them most first, then repeat on the second area 6 – 8 weeks later. Both areas can be planned across sequential visits without stacking treatments in one session.

Can I combine this with other treatments?▾

Yes — Radiesse pairs beautifully with HydraFacial (topical hydration) and Éminence Organics enzyme peels. Karine will design a complementary schedule so treatments enhance each other without overlap.
