All content on the Site — including but not limited to written copy, program descriptions, pricing structures, protocol philosophies, image assets, infographics, videos, AI chat prompts, treatment recommendation logic, and site design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Karine Lauzon RN Clinics and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and trade-secret laws.

3. Permitted Use

You are welcome to:

• Browse, read, and reference the Site for your own personal, non-commercial informational use.
• Share links to any page on the Site (via email, text, or social media).
• Book consultations, treatments, and program consultations through the Site.
• Save or print a Site page for your own personal reference.

4. Prohibited Use

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, or redistribute any Site content in whole or in part on any other website, social-media platform, marketing material, or clinic asset.
• Use any of our trademarked program names for a competing service, whether abbreviated, translated, paraphrased, or partially disguised.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract any proprietary logic (including the Combo Finder, Age Well Quiz, or recommendation engines).
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notice, attribution, watermark, or embedded canary marker from Site content.

5. Copy Attribution & Content Fingerprinting

To protect our intellectual property, this Site automatically appends a source-attribution line when text is copied to the clipboard, and embeds invisible fingerprint markers in key content. Removal of these markers, or copying our content and stripping the attribution, constitutes evidence of intent to infringe.

6. Enforcement

Unauthorized use of Site content, trademarks, or branded visual assets will be met with:

• DMCA / equivalent takedown notices sent to the infringing party’s hosting provider, search engine, and social-media platforms.
• Cease-and-desist letters.
• Legal action seeking injunctive relief, statutory damages, and recovery of legal fees under Canadian and applicable international copyright / trademark law.
